Step Into The Mystery Three Series

Every Mystery Three adventure focuses on a question that catches the Harris kids’ curiosity... and once that happens, they have a hard time letting it go. Finding the answer sends Nora, Oliver, and Rosie digging into different pieces of history - people, places, cultures, events, inventions, and everyday life - until they can put the pieces together and solve the mystery.

Then there's The History Behind the Mystery
The mystery may be fictional, but a whole lot of the history isn’t. After the story, The History Behind the Mystery section helps kids untangle the two, taking a closer look at the real people, events, places, and historical details woven into the adventure and pointing out which pieces were created for the story.

Next readers can move Beyond the Mystery
Each adventure concludes with a mini unit study designed to keep the curiosity going. Kids can experiment, investigate, create, research, think critically, and get hands-on with ideas connected to the book.
And because these books were written by an actual homeschool parent, you will not find an activity requiring you to buy a gallon-sized container of something so your child can use one teaspoon of it. Nobody needs that kind of nonsense in their life. The activities are intentionally low-prep, approachable, and designed to encourage real thinking and exploration without turning the grown-up into a full-time supply coordinator.

The Beyond the Mystery activities are also available as free downloads right here on the website. That means siblings can share a book, library copies can stay clean, and kids can make the activity pages their own without needing to write directly in the book.
